The Ladder - 002 derives from seeking a harmony between sculpture, furniture, and conceptual homage. The Ladder - 002 was designed as a love letter to the artists heritage with also a functional need. The object can stand alone as a sculptural element or be used in various ways. Functionally, the object has been seen used as storage for various articles of clothing, book/magazine storage. + support, a base for light clamp attachments, and much more. Conceptually, it has been used to elevate the perceivers meditation and constant attempt to create connection with the clouds.
